Divisi Partner is for organisations that work with smallholder farmers: agribusinesses running outgrower schemes, NGOs, extension services and public bodies. Anyone may apply, and applying costs nothing.

Every account is reviewed by a person before it opens, usually within a working day or two. Farmers' fields are not something we hand out on signup.
