The Weekday Quiz started as four questions on your own. Now it is a small thing you and the farmers you follow do side by side: the same questions each weekday, your scores next to theirs once you have both played, a streak to keep and a badge for a clean round — with a switch to keep your score to yourself whenever you would rather.
The other changes are about seeing your farm clearly and moving through it easily: each crop and flock now shows its own earnings, costs and work; a loss can be met with support instead of applause; and a farm you have moved on from is one you can leave.

The Weekday Quiz is a small, friendly habit: open Divisi any weekday morning and there are four questions waiting at the top of the Hive, the same four for every farmer that day. They are quick, and the theme moves through the week so that over five days you have touched the field, the flock, the books and the weather. It closes at midnight, and that is when it teaches — every question opens up to show the answer and why, from a source we name. Get them right and you earn points; you can see how the whole community did once enough farmers have played.
The other change is for anyone keeping poultry. A broiler batch that had been slaughtered and sold was still turning up on the home deck asking to be fed, week after week, because only a crop's harvest was retiring a unit. Now a flock ends where a flock actually ends — at its slaughter or final offtake — and the reminders stop with it, while the batch's records stay exactly where you left them.
Keep a flock in your farm, and hear from your people when it happens
Poultry batches now live beside your crops, with a clear count and records for every loss. Follows, reactions, new contacts and farm activity now reach you when they happen.

This release makes room for the part of a farm that has feathers. A poultry batch is not treated like a crop with the wrong labels: it has a starting number, dated records for what changed, and heat advice for a coop. Your farm can keep crops and flocks side by side, with each record where you expect to find it.
The Hive and your farm are more present too. A follow, reaction, new contact or teammate's record no longer waits for a later digest. It reaches you when it happens, while the notification tray keeps the message after the lock screen is gone. If any kind is more noise than help, it has its own switch in Settings.
The last changes are about trust on an ordinary bad connection: invitations open in the app that can accept them, repeated follows are safe, and a task logged offline remains the same diary record when it syncs.
The Hive reaches you with the app closed, and sharing is one tap
Reactions, comments and replies now come from our server, so a closed app still tells you. Sharing lost the extra sheet in the middle of it, and an invite carries your profile card.

The Hive has always had a hole in it: everything social was worked out on your own phone, from a connection the phone only holds while the app is open. Close Divisi properly and the Hive went quiet — a comment on your post, a reply to yours, a reaction, none of it reached you until you next opened the app and it caught up. Our server does that work now and sends the message itself, which is the part that does not need you to be holding the phone. Your quiet hours are honoured on the way out, and a notification you have already read on one phone comes down on the other.
Sharing lost a step. Tapping share used to open a Divisi sheet showing you a preview of the card that was directly behind it, with four buttons that did the same thing as each other, and only then your phone's own sheet. It is one tap now, to everything at once, with the picture intact. A shared post says whose farm it is. And inviting somebody from Find friends goes into that person's WhatsApp thread with your profile card attached, because the row you tapped already answered every question the old flow asked you.
The rest is small-screen work. Searching moved onto pages instead of hiding in popovers, the write button came off the top of the feed, names stopped being truncated, and figures stopped wrapping — each one found by looking at the app on a 360-pixel-wide phone rather than a large one.
The app now helps you decide what to plant, not just record what you planted
Pick a crop and Divisi tells you when to plant it on your field, what it should yield, and which bags of fertiliser to buy. The home screen is worth opening, and setup gets out of your way.

The app used to start after the decision. You told it what you had planted, and it kept the record. Everything a farmer weighs first — whether this field will carry that crop, when to put it in, what it will cost in bags and what it should give back — happened somewhere else, on someone else's advice, and the app only met you afterwards.
That is the part that changed. Pick any crop and it answers for your plot: the planting window worked out from your field's own rainfall and whether you irrigate, the yield your soil supports, the fertiliser as bags from an agro-dealer rather than chemistry to translate in a shop. Where a crop will not grow, it is simply not offered — and if you go looking for it by name, the page says what your field cannot give it.
The rest is the app getting out of the way. Setup stops at your first plot instead of marching through six screens before you see anything. The morning message is four lines instead of seven. And a good deal of what was on the crop pages turned out to be worth saying more quietly, or not at all.
A profile worth opening, lists that never slow down, a sign-in that gets out of the way
Farmers now have a page worth visiting, long diaries and ledgers stay quick however many records they hold, the Hive costs far less data and space, and signing in asks less of you on every phone.

- You stay signed in. The app no longer asks for your number again after a spell offline or a bad connection.
- Signing in knows your country from your SIM, so the right dialling code is already chosen. Dates take six taps and no typed slashes.
- The code from WhatsApp no longer has to be read and retyped — one tap copies it, and on Android WhatsApp can pass it to the app directly.
- The app asks before your phone does. When Divisi needs the camera, your location or permission to notify you, it explains what you get first, and only asks the phone once you say yes.

Most of this release is about the phone in a farmer's hand rather than anything new on the screen. The lists that grow all season — the diary, the money log — now draw only the part you are looking at, so the thousandth record opens as fast as the first. The Hive learned to stop paying twice: what your phone has already downloaded it keeps, what it has never needed it lets go, and a farmer's posts are readable with no signal at all. The farm's own books are deliberately left out of that trimming, because a record dropped to save space is the one you went looking for.
The rest is the way in. Signing in was the first thing every farmer met and the part that asked the most of them — the right country, a code read off another app and typed back six digits at a time, a permission dialog before they had seen anything worth permitting. It now starts from what the SIM already knows, takes the code from WhatsApp rather than from the farmer, and asks for nothing until there is something to say yes to.
Your farm updates live, and you can see what is still to sync
Changes from your team appear as they happen, every record says whether it has reached the cloud, and notifications now arrive on your phone's terms — quieter, and never twice.

This release rebuilds how the app and the farm talk to each other. There is now one live stream carrying every change — your crops, your diary, the money log, the Hive, your notifications — into the copy of the farm your phone keeps offline. In practice that means the app stops asking the server the same questions over and over: what a teammate does on their phone shows up on yours, and what you do without signal waits its turn and goes out the moment you have a connection.
Notifications changed hands in the same move. The server no longer writes the message it thinks you should see; it sends your phone the facts, and your phone decides whether this is worth interrupting you for, based on when you actually open the app. That is why they are quieter, why the same thing never reaches you twice on two devices, and why reading something on one phone clears it on the other.
