What you can count on

Every guide is built from published research — FAO and CABI among it — then fitted to your field's soil, terrain and climate. Where an answer needs somebody standing in the field looking at the crop, Divisi says so and hands you to the Hive.

Questions worth asking

A printed guide is written for a province and an average year, and it gives you stages rather than dates. Divisi gives you dates, because it knows your planting day and your field: 'top-dress at the six-leaf stage' becomes a job in the week your crop actually reaches six leaves, with the amount worked out for your soil and the yield you are aiming at. And it arrives on the morning it is due rather than waiting to be looked up.

Several hundred crops have full guides, and the reference pages on this site are the public half of the same corpus — you can read the crop, pest and disease guides for free without installing anything. The dated plan, the field-specific amounts and the reminders are what the app adds on top.

Yes. They are computed on the phone from your own plan rather than pushed from a server, which is deliberate — a reminder that depends on a connection is a reminder that fails exactly where farming happens. Once your season is set up, the phone knows the whole calendar and can raise every task in it with the network switched off.

Tell it when you planted and the plan is built backwards from that date — you pick up wherever the crop actually is, with the remaining tasks correctly dated. You do not have to wait for next season to start.

It does not replace an agronomist, and it says so where a person is needed. What it does is put the same reasoning in your hand every week: the job the crop needs at the stage it has reached, the amount worked out for your field, and why it matters.
