A government scheme that lets registered farmers buy fertiliser (NPK, DAP or CAN) at a capped, subsidised price using an e-voucher, redeemed at NCPB depots, cooperatives or agro-vet stores.

| Who qualifies | Only farmers who have registered for the programme; registration exists to make the subsidy traceable and stop diversion. |
| What you get | A 50 kg bag of government-subsidised fertiliser at Ksh 2,500, bought against an e-voucher at an NCPB depot, cooperative or agro-vet outlet. |
| How to register | Submit your details (for example at the Assistant Chief's office) to be registered and assigned an e-voucher; the voucher is then redeemed for fertiliser at an NCPB depot, cooperative or partnering agro-vet store. |
